Pengaruh Career Development dan Competency terhadap Employee Perfomance di Mediasi Job Satisfaction PT Cubic Indonesia

چکیده

Kinerja karyawan dalam bekerja merupakan salah satu aspek penting untuk keberlangsungan sebuah organisasi perusahaan. Dalam menciptakan kinerja yang baik, perkumpulan atau organisasi, dan seberapa positif negatif suatu dilihat dari baik tidaknya penyajian para wakilnya. Pengembangan karir kompetensi diperlukan menghindari ini. Hal ini memastikan bahwa semua aktivitas sesuai dengan prosedur perusahaan dapat meningkatkan kualitas bisnis organisasi. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui bagaimana kepuasan kerja di PT. Cubic Indonesia mempengaruhi kaitannya pengembangan kompetensi. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif jumlah sampel yaitu sebanyak 112 orang. diolah software olah data SmartPLS pengumpulan dilakukan melalui formular google. menghasilkan adanya pengaruh signifikan antara career development terhadap employee performance pada Indonesia, secara competency performance, job satisfaction, satisfaction memediasi Indonesia.
